Penrose Prairie

For the walls, we used Chocolate Gray fieldstone, and the flagstone is also Chocolate Gray. Sourced in McDowell County, NC, this stone was the ideal choice, as it provided a seamless match to the existing portions of the house. The stonework is finished with a 3/4" to 1" mortar joint.
